In December 2022, France has been given the green light by the European Commission to ban short-haul domestic flights. The measure was part of the country’s 2021 Climate Law and first proposed by the Citizen’s Convention on Climate.
Which routes will be impacted ? Will the changes be reassessed and when ? Has the measure been watered down over the last year ?
